Thanks to Solar Smart Qld Greg and his team for installing a total of 96 x 265 watt panels and 26.44kw SMA inverter allowing us to save in excess of $1000.00 per month on our power bill. Even after financing the total cost we are still saving in excess of $600.00 per month. The system has been running for some 8 months and has delivered what was promised by the Solar Smart Qld team. So far this system has produced 35.6mwh.
As there are a lot of air conditioning equipment on the roof of our building Greg and his team designed and installed the system so that there was no shade on any solar panel, hence producing the maximum energy output.
Many thanks to the team for their professional service from start to finish.
I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Smart Qld (Greg & his Team) to anyone considering installation of a solar system.

A really simple and straightforward quote and a quick install that was everything that was promised, no "extra charges" no arguments or hassles. Was advised on what system was most suitable and then quoted for that system, price was all inclusive and installation was perfect, presented a few options for panel layout and allowed me to make an informed choice.
great service and perfect result. Price was also better than some of the big players in the business.

I recently used these guys, fantastic service and no pressure. Prices were competitive and top end products like SMA investors and Canadian Solar panels were choices given amongst other leading brands all suiting my budget. From the sales rep to completion I felt looked after.
I knew nothing about Solar and it took awhile for me to understand what was needed, but they were patient and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

I researched solar installers for months before coming to the decision to use Solar Smart. I nearly steered away Solar after reading the horror stories form other buyers about installers.
From the start Sue at the office was fantastic to deal. The installers turned up right on time, left everything clean and were great to deal with. Chris the electrician did a great job and took the time to explain how the system works.
I have only had it in for 5 days and from reading the meter each day to get an understanding I can see how much this 6.6 klw system will save us. The swimming pool is completely offset and as long as you do washing etc during the day, it completely offsets all of these items. As for reliabity it is too early to say but with this top quality system I cannot foresee any problems, just massive savings.
I am more than happy to recommend Solar Smart in Maroochydore and have already done so to my friends.

Dealing with these guys was a pleasure. Sue in the office was quick and efficient with her quote and helpful through the initial stages. The guys installing the system obviously knew what they were doing and went out of their way to make sure all was OK with the tiles, and resealing some that had cracks. They were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this company if I was asked to recommend a solar company because of the above and their very competitive pricing.

Solar Smart was very helpful in guiding us through the various options and provided a very competitive quotation - thanks Sue.
Once we accepted the quote, a full explanation of the process was explained to us and installation booked in for 7 days after giving Solar Smart the go ahead.
The installation team turned up early, explained the process and then went about doing what they had to and all was completed within the advised time.
The settings were adjusted and they did a very good job in explaining to me the process and how to adjust the settings if required.
Everything was cleaned up - no mess left behind.
Next thing was to call their office and Ethan guided me through some minor points,
We couldn't be happier with their service and pleasant and professional manner.

Update May 2019 - Was contacted after going to fair trading and was told there was 1 month of unexpected leave. They calculated how much money I lost in solar credits and refunded me this amount, which was appreciated but the stress of dealing with this issue would make me second guess recommending this company to others. Rating has been updated.

Experience was good all the way until now. It's been 1 month since the install and due to changing my energy retailer, my first EWR was cancelled. I was assured that once this was cancelled, a new one would be submitted. After about 20 phone call attempts, multiple emails and messages, I've not been able to get through to the only sales person, Sue.
Extremely disappointed because now I'm left with a useless system that cannot be used.
To Sue/business owners: Please contact me so I can get the system up and running.
